Getting to know Mrs. VanDrunen~

Family

My husband Ryker and I have been married for 14 years and have 5 children (Braxton, Kailey, Malachi, Bentley, and Mason). We also do foster care and currently have a one-year-old foster daughter named Canary.

Education and Experience

I graduated from Trinity Christian College in 2011 with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I taught Special Education for ISD 318 for 6 years and preschool at Stepping Stones for 1 year. I am excited to step back in the classroom after being home with my kids the last several years. I love seeing the excitement in children’s eyes as they learn new things and I’m looking forward to all of the fun growth and learning that Kindergarten brings!

Interests and Hobbies

I love spending time with my family going camping, hiking, biking, swimming, playing games, etc.
