Getting to know Mrs. Magruder~

Family

My husband, Levi, and I met while attending Crown College, and we've been married for seven years. We have two wonderful boys, William is 5, and Thomas is 2, and we're excited to welcome a baby girl this September.

Education and Experience

 I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Crown College. Over the past few years, I've worked with children in a variety of roles while also enjoying the adventure of raising my own young family. Most recently, I worked as a full time substitute teacher at Remer Public School, so I am especially excited to have a classroom of my own this year!

Interests and Hobbies

When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing board games, making crafts, and relaxing at the lake.

Favorite Scripture(s)

One of my favorite Bible verses is Mark 10:45: "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." This verse reminds me of the importance of serving others with kindness, humility, and love—qualities I hope to model in my classroom each day.
